I just looked at another 100 random LLLL's to see how many were developed sites. In this sample, 18% were developed sites, 10/100 were English language sites (one was for a Kuwaiti business), 5/100 were Asian sites (mainly Chinese although I'm not 100% with the characters so it could be a similar language), 2/100 were Spanish language sites, and 1 was a Turkish site. I know the sample sizes aren't big enough yet to have very good statistical soundness, but as I do more the margins of error will decrease and I will publish the revised overall statistics.
